Caught in Controversies

Aakash, Kayla, and Lucas wrap up 2016 with a discussion on what has proven to be a tumultuous two weeks at Stanford and in the world. They first analyze the Stanford administration’s decision to ban the Leland Stanford Junior University Marching Band for the rest of the school year, and then briefly discuss the controversy regarding the University’s handling of recent sexual assault cases. They then transition to conversations on the tragedies in Aleppo, the Electoral College vote, and Trump’s recent cabinet picks.
